Matth. Toebben, Founder & Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Toebben has diverse business holdings primarily related
to residential, commercial and industrial construction and related
land holdings. In addition to co-ownership of Stand Energy Corporation,
Mr. Toebben built and owns a championship Black Angus cattle
farm located in Carrolton, Kentucky.
Judith A. Phillips, Founder, President & CEO
Ms. Phillips is responsible for the day to day management of
SEC. Prior to founding SEC, Ms. Phillips spent the first twenty
two years of her career with Columbia Gas System serving in
a number of positions including coordinator of propane supply
and distribution for Columbia Hydrocarbon's seven state marketing
area. She subsequently was promoted to a management position
in market development for the greater Cincinnati and Kentucky
area. Ms. Phillips also co-founded Kendow Energies, Inc., a
wholesale propane distributor.

SEC employs professionals with a wide variety of education,
training, and experience in the energy procurement, management,
finance, accounting, legal, utility, and regulatory disciplines.
SEC is independent - neither tied to, nor affiliated with, any
interstate gas pipeline, Local Gas Distribution Company, or
other Utility. This freedom allows SEC to evaluate all supply
and service alternatives without economic bias or prejudice
to satisfy customer needs.
